What I Am Noticing

In these intense times many people have shared with me that they would rather not be here. Different from suicidal ideation, this is more of an existential overwhelm that often presents as anxiety, fatigue, depression, hyperactivity or a simple increase in sensitivity/fragility. Although these symptoms seem unrelated, they all point to a nervous system that is bouncing around through various states in order to find balance. In the absence of judgement, avoidance or analysis, the nervous system is given permission to meet the uncomfortable state, allowing it to move through the system. Meaning, sans analysis, there is no place where the discomfort can set up camp and make itself a new home. This is true of any state but especially when navigating through big emotional states that feel unbearable. When you know that you are not going to die by allowing the emotions/states to move through, they no longer threaten you. When things are no longer a threat, the impulse to leave or find a way out lessens. It just becomes another wave form moving through the nervous sytem. The intelligence of the human nervous system recognizes the "no threat" and returns to a more balanced state.

Where We Are Headed Collectively

Many of the mass consciousness theories are falling by the way side; like reaching a critical mass/tipping point and then collective changes occur or the 100th monkey theory that once the consciousness has shifted at the root level in one, the many will join. At some level these may still be seen or applicable but what is currently coming to light is that the individual holds the key to the experience. It is the individual the impacts the collective once the individual has truly individuated itself from collective programming/imprinting. The challenge of entering this awareness is that you are required to stand alone in your own experience at least temporarily. The beauty of this awareness is that the body is at home with you standing with you.
